How do I book your services ?

How do I book if i a new customer ?

If you are a new customer booking a standard clean, all you need to do is complete our online booking form where you can customise your clean and choose a time and day that suits you! You can book a one-off clean or a regular weekly/fortnightly visit with the same Housekeeper.

Can I get a receipt for my clean?

You are able to send individual receipts to the email address you have registered with for your 5 most recent visits via your members account. If you would like an email receipt sent to you after every clean, you can select this option via the My details page of your online account.

can I cancel my booking?

We designed our cancellation policy to promote fair value for our customers and Aids. After work order started (Aid at your location): · After submitting cancellation order from koloservicwe application, deduction will take place based on the actual time taken till cancellation action.

How do i get the same cleaner for every cleaning session ?

At KoloService, we take great pride in ensuring customer satisfaction and delight. It is the core of our existence. Once you have used our services and prefer to use the same maid, we will ensure that the maid is always available to clean your house. Ideally, our representative will take note of your house cleaning requirement days proactively and book the same maid accordingly, however, in certain circumstances where you would require the maid on random basis, we would request a prior notice of only 1 day to confirm the booking.

Do I have to be at home during the clean?

It is absolutely depend on you, however we do recommend that you are there for the first clean. It allows you to meet your cleaner and provide clear instruction with any special request regarding the clean. If you cannot be home for the first clean, kindly mention specific request online.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes. We use professional grade equipment and products it makes the job quicker and more effective, but if you prefer your own products we are happy to use the ones provided by you.

Can I have more than one regular clean per week?

If you're looking for a Housekeeper to visit you more than once per week then this is certainly something that we can help with!. When you sign up, we'll ask you how frequently you'd like cleans. To request more than one clean per week, simply select the 'More than weekly' option, and you'll be prompted for a little more info about the arrangement you're looking to set up. Our support team will then look into the options for you and be back in touch via your registered contact details.

Is my cleaner okay with pets?

All cleaners are asked upon joining the platform if they are comfortable working with pets. As long as you let us know that you have a pet, we can ensure you're assigned a cleaner who is happy to work around animals.

What are my payment options?

KoloService accepts Visa, debit, and Master credit cards that you give us when you schedule your first pickup. You will not need to re-enter your credit card for future pickups – credit card numbers are encrypted and securely stored at industry-leading Authorize.Net (not on our servers and we can only access the last four digits).

What do I pay money for?

You are paying only for subscription, which provides you quality services.

where can i find my invoices?

After the service is completed, we send you an email with the invoice. You can also find your invoice if you log in to your account and go to your appointment history.
